Impact of AI-Driven Healthcare Management Services on Patient Satisfaction

Artificial Intelligence technology is increasingly affecting healthcare management through improvement of the provision of services and patients' experience. This research examines the influence of AI-enabled healthcare management services on patient satisfaction. In particular, the study aims at identifying which factors have the greatest influence on patient satisfaction, comparing levels of patient satisfaction across different demographics, and exploring the relationship between AI-enabled healthcare services and patient satisfaction. Quantitative approach to research was used, and data were collected from 138 respondents with the help of a structured questionnaire in accordance with purposive sampling technique. Weighted Mean Analysis, ANOVA, and Correlation Analysis were applied to achieve research objectives. The findings show that key factors of AI-enabled services strongly influence patient satisfaction, with different levels of patient satisfaction across different demographics. Moreover, positive relationship between AI-enabled healthcare management services and patient satisfaction was found.
