In recent years, the cruise ship business has seen a dramatic increase in demand since it now serves tens of millions of people from all over the globe. Large and dedicated staffs ensure these floating towns' smooth running and their visitors' happiness. This study of the cruise ship industry examines employees' working conditions, difficulties, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. This research aims to comprehensively understand the worker experience on cruise ships by evaluating many elements such as recruiting and education, living lodges, labour hours, activity pride, and social dynamics. In addition, the article explains how COVID-19 has influenced the cruise ship business and the people who work on board. This research contributes to a better understanding of the operational circumstances within the cruise ship industry. It may be used as a springboard for advancing initiatives to better the lives of cruise ship employees and the environment.
